Energy situated on energy situated on top of more energy is collected (old) energy.  It is the reason so many people are anxious, exhausted, depressed, depleted, fearful, sad, sick, and suffering in pain.

Yet how many of us were taught that we don’t need it, nor to create more of it?!!

(Old) energy is debilitating and useless.

Highest levels of being and consciousness are accessible!

The ONLY energy we need resides in Self, in the here and NOW.
